McKenzie Friends are commonly used in family court proceedings across England and Wales. Judges generally allow a McKenzie Friend unless there’s a specific reason not to. We frequently support clients with child arrangements, financial remedy hearings, non-molestation orders, and other sensitive matters where the presence of a calm and experienced supporter can make all the difference.
